I’ve had a lovely high-tea experience at Rosalie. My first visit exceeded my expectations. Our server was friendly and polite. The food and tea was delicious, and the ambience of the cafe was very calming. I expected from the pictures that the food items would break the bank, but actually I consider their options to be very reasonable/affordable. We even had a complimentary drink. 😍 I definitely see myself coming here again and also highly recommend this cafe. 👍🏻
